2. Who can join STEMWORK?

STEMWORK is for anyone creating unforgettable events — whether you're a vendor ready to grow your business and get discovered, or a client looking to book trusted, talented professionals without the endless search. From florists and photographers to planners and rentals, STEMWORK brings together the best in the industry, all in one place. We may put in place a limit on specific services per region to ensure visibility and success for our vendors.

3. How do bookings work?

To get started as a vendor, simply create an account, build your profile showcasing your products or services, and get listed on the platform. Vendors can highlight their expertise, portfolios, and availability to attract clients.

If you’re joining as a planner (or someone booking an event), create a profile, then easily search listings by location, category, or service type. You can browse through hand-vetted vendors, view their profiles, and connect with them directly to discuss your event needs. STEMWORK streamlines the entire process, making it simple and stress-free for everyone involved.

4. Is there a fee to use the platform?

Currently, STEMWORK is 100% free to use during our BETA (testing) phase as we focus on creating the best experience possible. In the future, there may be a listing fee or subscription model for vendors, but for now, there are no fees for either vendors or clients.

5. How are freelancers vetted?

Once a vendor account is created, our verification team will reach out to schedule a call to verify all details, including your website, location, years in business, and reviews. This thorough process ensures that only trusted, high-quality professionals join STEMWORK. Additionally, there is an ongoing review system on the platform for both vendors and clients to maintain a community of the best of the best.

6. How do I get paid as a freelancer?

Payments are arranged directly between clients and vendors outside of the platform during the BETA phase. STEMWORK does not process payments yet but plans to introduce secure payment options in the future.

7. What kinds of jobs are posted?

STEMWORK features a wide range of event professionals including florists, photographers, event planners, rentals, and more. 8. Can I cancel a booking?

11. Can I be removed from the platform?

Yes. Vendors can be removed if the service provided does not meet STEMWORK’s high standards, including consistently poor reviews, failure to meet client expectations, or violation of platform policies. We’re committed to maintaining a trusted and professional marketplace for everyone. As a 'Planner' the same rules would apply.
