STEMWORK Vendor Policies

To maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity on the STEMWORK platform, all vendors are required to adhere to the following policies:

1. Truthful Business Representation

All information provided on your vendor profile—including services, pricing, location, credentials, and imagery—must be accurate and up-to-date. Misrepresentation of your business may result in removal from the platform.

2. Platform-First Communication

All communication with potential clients must remain on the STEMWORK platform until the booking is confirmed. This helps ensure transparency, protects both parties, and supports a seamless experience.

3. Professional Conduct

Vendors must maintain professional, respectful, and relevant communication at all times. Any abusive, inappropriate, or off-topic behavior may lead to account suspension or removal.

4. Platform Integrity

Any booking inquiry initiated through STEMWORK must be completed on STEMWORK. Taking clients off-platform to avoid fees or bypass policies is strictly prohibited and will result in removal.

5. Secure Payments via Stripe

All transactions must be completed using STEMWORK’s integrated Stripe payment system. This ensures secure, trackable, and timely payments for both vendors and clients.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Vendors are expected to honor all confirmed bookings. In the event of an emergency or unavoidable cancellation, vendors must notify the client immediately through the platform and follow our cancellation policy. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in suspension.

7. Timely Responses

Respond to inquiries and messages promptly (ideally within 24–48 hours). Timely communication improves visibility and trust on the platform.

8. Reviews & Accountability

Clients and vendors can leave reviews after each booking. Consistently poor feedback, unprofessional conduct, or disputes may trigger a review of your account by our team.

9. Content Use

By posting listings and images on STEMWORK, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have obtained proper permission to use it. STEMWORK may feature vendor content in marketing, promotions, or social media with credit.

10. Non-Discrimination

STEMWORK is an inclusive platform. Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, identity, or background will not be tolerated.
